DRAFT — REQUIRES REVIEW BY A LAWYER BEFORE LAUNCH.
What we collect. Medical Service International ("Med Serve") collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, and — for clinical members — the self-attested professional details you add to your profile (credential, specialties, availability, languages, and similar). We never collect or store license numbers, DEA numbers, NPI numbers, or any credential identifier, and we never collect health information about you or anyone else.
Who sees your profile. Member profiles are private. There is no public directory and organizations cannot browse or search members. An organization sees your profile only when you apply to one of its postings, and it sees only your profile. Your email address is shared only after an organization accepts your application, so the two of you can talk directly.
Payments. Donations are processed entirely by Stripe. Card details never touch Med Serve systems; we store only Stripe’s own transaction identifiers, amounts, and your email for receipts.
Cookies and analytics. Med Serve uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and cookieless analytics (Plausible) that collect no personal information. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Email. We send transactional email about your account and activity, and optional digest emails you can turn off at any time from your account or the unsubscribe link in every digest.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Your profile, saved searches, and memberships are removed; applications you submitted are anonymized so organizations keep their own decision records without your identity.
Contact. Questions about this policy: use the contact page or write to the address in our site footer.
